Privacy policy
FK Veranda processes personal data to handle quotes, orders, payments, delivery, customer accounts, service requests and legal obligations. We use data only for legitimate webshop and service purposes.
1. Controller
The controller is FK Veranda, Ambachtsstraat 17, 3980 Tessenderlo, Belgium. Privacy questions can be sent to info@fkveranda.be.
2. Data we process
- Contact and delivery details: name, address, email, phone, country and delivery notes
- Order and configuration data: products, dimensions, colours, glass types, options, prices and cart
- Payment data: payment status, method, transaction reference and invoice data
- Account data: login, order history, addresses and service messages
- Technical data: IP address, language, device, browser, cookies, session IDs and security logs
3. Purposes
Data is used to perform the contract, prepare quotes, deliver products, process payments, issue invoices, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the website, comply with legal retention duties and, where allowed or consented, send marketing.
4. Providers
Payments are processed by Stripe or another enabled payment provider. FK Veranda does not store full card numbers. We may share data with hosting, email, shipping, payment, analytics and IT providers where necessary.
5. Cookies, retention and rights
Necessary cookies support cart, language, login and security. Data is kept only as long as needed, with invoice data retained under legal rules and warranty data during warranty periods. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where legally possible.
9. Account, portal and order history
When a customer creates an account, we store login data, order history, addresses, invoices, service cases and selected communication. The portal helps customers manage orders, payments, delivery status, invoices and repeat orders.
10. Quote and advice requests
Photos, dimensions, sketches, building information and project wishes may be processed to prepare advice or a quote.
11. Newsletters and campaigns
If the customer subscribes, email, language, country and interests can be used for relevant communication. Unsubscribe is always possible.
12. Reviews and project photos
Customer reviews, photos or videos are used publicly only after voluntary submission or permission and only within the agreed scope.
13. Automatic emails and processors
The system can send emails for registration, password reset, order, payment, shipping, cancellation, refund, service or campaigns. Data can be shared with payment, delivery, hosting, email, accounting and IT providers where needed.
