Payment methods
FK Veranda offers secure payment methods for Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France. Available methods depend on country, amount, cart, provider availability and active shop settings.
1. Stripe online payment
Stripe Checkout can support credit and debit cards as well as local payment methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna and Apple Pay. FK Veranda does not store full card numbers and receives only payment status and references.
2. Invoice or bank transfer
If invoice or manual payment is offered, the order is registered and our team sends payment details separately. Production, special-part reservation and delivery planning start after payment confirmation unless agreed otherwise.
3. Confirmation and refunds
After successful payment you receive an email confirmation. If payment fails, check whether your account was charged and contact us with the payment reference. Refunds are made only for accepted defects, transport damage, incorrect delivery or another valid correction.
6. Payment overview
Available methods can include cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal or invoice. An order is payment-complete only when the provider or FK Veranda confirms the status.
7. Manual payment and quotes
For individual quotes or invoices, the payment instructions in the quote or invoice apply. Payment must be completed before goods are released or transport is planned unless agreed otherwise.
8. Failed, duplicate or disputed payment
If payment fails but your account is charged, send reference, amount, date, email and order number. Duplicate payments are refunded or offset after verification. Contact FK Veranda before starting a chargeback.
