Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all offers, orders and deliveries by FK Veranda through the website, product configurator, email, telephone or individual quotation. Different arrangements apply only when confirmed by FK Veranda in writing.
By placing an order, the customer confirms the selected product, dimensions, colour, glass type, roof type, options, quantity, delivery address and contact details. The order confirmation is the basis for production, reservation, picking and delivery.
1. Offer, configurator and contract
The configurator displays prices and options based on available product data. Minor technical changes that do not reduce function or quality may be made. A contract is formed once FK Veranda confirms the order or payment has been completed.
Images, videos and colours are for guidance. Product page data and confirmed order details take priority over general marketing information.
2. Made-to-order products
Many products are prepared to customer specifications or project requirements. The customer is responsible for correct measurements, mounting height, wall condition, foundation, drainage and local permits.
Changes after production start, cutting, glass ordering or reservation of special parts are possible only after written approval by FK Veranda. Additional costs or delays may apply.
3. Prices, payment and Stripe
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods depend on country, amount and provider availability.
Online payments can be processed through Stripe Checkout and supported methods such as cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna or Apple Pay. FK Veranda does not store full card details. For invoice or bank transfer, processing continues after payment confirmation unless agreed otherwise.
4. Delivery and receipt
Delivery times are shown during checkout, on the website or in the order confirmation. Delivery dates and windows are planning indications and may be affected by traffic, weather, production or external circumstances.
For glass, patio roofs, carports and heavy profiles, an adult must be present. The customer provides accessible unloading space and assistance where required for safe unloading.
5. Inspection, defects and returns
The customer must inspect the delivery immediately. Transport damage must be reported by email with photos within 48 hours of receipt. Missing parts must be reported within 14 days.
To the extent permitted by law, FK Veranda does not accept voluntary returns of correctly delivered made-to-order, project or configured products. A solution is offered only for demonstrably defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered products.
6. Warranty, liability and complaints
Warranty applies according to the warranty conditions on the website and does not limit statutory consumer rights. Incorrect measurements, installation errors, unsuitable foundations, misuse, normal wear and external damage are not product defects.
Complaints can be sent to info@fkveranda.be with order number, photos and a clear description. Belgian law applies where permitted.

11. Definitions and practical meaning
“Customer” means the person or company ordering from FK Veranda. “Product” includes patio roofs, sliding glass walls, carports, sun protection, zip screens, awnings, accessories, spare parts and related options. “Configuration” means the exact combination of size, colour, material, glass, roof, rails, accessories, video or installation options and price rules.
12. Offer, errors and availability
FK Veranda aims to show accurate prices, images, stock and delivery information. Obvious writing, technical, pricing or calculation errors are not binding. If such an error is discovered, we inform the customer and offer a correction or cancellation.
13. Order process and customer checks
The customer can review cart, options, delivery details and contact details before submitting an order. For project products, FK Veranda may ask for additional checks, photos or measurements before production or delivery is planned.
14. Glass, large parts and safe unloading
Glass panels, aluminium profiles and roof sheets can be large, heavy and fragile. Before delivery, the customer must arrange access, unloading space, safe storage and enough assistance. Glass must be stored safely on its long side and never stacked flat.
15. Installation, permits and site responsibility
The customer is responsible for the suitability of the installation location, including wall, foundation, drainage, slope, wind exposure, electrical work and permits. FK Veranda is not liable for incorrect installation by the customer or third parties.
16. Delivery, partial delivery and missed appointments
Orders may be delivered in several parts when this is safer or logistically necessary. If nobody is present or unloading is impossible, a new delivery may be needed and reasonable additional costs may apply.
17. Retention of ownership and payment delay
Products remain the property of FK Veranda until full payment where legally permitted. In case of payment delay, FK Veranda may pause production, delivery or further order handling.
18. Withdrawal and made-to-order exclusion
Legal withdrawal rights may exist for consumers. Products manufactured, cut, combined or clearly personalised to customer specifications may be excluded from withdrawal under applicable law. Correctly delivered configured products are therefore not voluntarily taken back.
19. Customer summary
- Check all dimensions and options before payment.
- Be present for delivery and unloading.
- Report transport damage within 48 hours with photos.
- Report missing parts within 14 days.
- Correctly delivered made-to-order products are not voluntarily returned.
